This is a celebratory and exciting time in the PerfectFit community. I will send out certificates of completion before our Thursday 1 pm CT zoom. Please print them out and have them during our final group mentor call. 

Homework Part 1:

Please write a 2-3 minute testimony describing your experience in this training. Be prepared to share this during our group mentor call. Include the Following: How did God speak to you through this training, and how did your faith grow? What did you learn regarding Christian yoga? What is your biggest takeaway?How did the PCYTT impact you on a personal and professional level? Please share anything else that would glorify God, illustrate gratitude, or encourage a future trainee. Homework Part 2:Next, take your 2-3 minute verbal testimony and consolidate it into a short blurb. This would be no more than 10 sentences. Post your written testimony to the PCYTT Facebook page.

Final Remarks: It has been a joy to serve, lead, and teach you what God placed upon my heart to share in His word regarding Christian yoga.
