We're taking the waddle out of Turkey Day to create a “Happy Thinslimming” workout guaranteed to slenderize and energize from head to toe! This PIYO based class is the best of both worlds, incorporating mat Pilates (+equipment) with yoga for a cardio friendly, strengthening, and toning extravaganza. Pilates targets key areas such as the arms, abs, and legs and Christian Yoga infuses balance work, flexibility, and relaxation techniques. Come enjoy a Thanksgiving Day body buffet as "Happy Thinslimming" will physically restore, mentally renew, and overflow the spirit with gratitude! This 75-minute class is open to women of all ages that enjoy fitness on an advanced beginner (or higher) level.

Gratitude yoga incorporates a multitude of relaxation techniques, from scriptural affirmations to mood-boosting essential oils, to serene sounds, and a wonderful hot stone spa treatment.
