WELCOME TO THE PERFECTFIT CHRISTIAN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Here we go, trainee(s)! Our journey together begins now, so let's dive right in and get started.  

It's here that you will find your weekly modules and lessons. Each module with corresponding lessons is emailed every Friday.

Please pace yourself and complete each week’s module on time. Each module has 5 lessons and a Final Recap within them. Each lesson is short enough (30-45 minutes each) to be completed daily or bundle several together. It’s important to have your studies completed by Thursday before our mentoring calls (at 1:30 pm CT). Completing the material before our mentor calls will add value to our conversations and enhance your learning experience.

Being a part of a virtual training will require you to create short videos for some of the lessons to “practice teaching” the PerfectFit style. Please be prepared to upload these to YouTube and send the links to me via email.
